The 2021 Easter Basket Treasure Hunt Clues are here! The Easter Bunny has been bringing my kids this fun way to find their Easter Basket since 2015! And yes, each year is different because that Easter Bunny wouldn't hide baskets in the same place twice! My kids totally remember from year to year.

These are free printables to use with the activities in my book The Curious Toddler's Science Activity Book!  But, you don't have to have the book to download them.  Print them out and then head out to nature to explore!

Send your kids on a race around the house with the Holiday Treasure Hunt Clues printable.  The treasure can be anything from a candy cane to a big ticket gift!  You can take credit for the fun or let that Elf on the Shelf or even Santa leave the first clue.  Not only will they make memories, they will learn a little about other holidays people celebrate in December!

Did Covid-19 spoil your trick or treating plans? If so, I made you something that will still have your kids going place to place to collect candy in your own home! There are 18 different clues in this Halloween Candy Treasure Hunt.  Put a piece of candy with each clue or a whole bowl!  Not big on all the sugar?  Trade some out with fun non-candy items.

It's a socially distanced activity for October!  Take your kids on a walk or on a drive through different neighborhoods to see if they can find everything on the list.

Do you ever drive around neighborhoods looking at all the lights and decorations? It was a tradition with my family when I was kid, and I have continued it with my own family.  Last year was the first year we made it a scavenger hunt, and it was so memorable.

Traditions are EVERYTHING, especially during the holiday season.  Elf on the Shelf is fun and all, but I didn't want the pressure on me to be creative and move it every night.  I also wanted to do something a little more meaningful.

Enter the Kindness Elves!  They bring an activity card every morning for something we will do that day.  You can make it be from Santa, but my kids know it is just mom and love it just as much.

Gel sensory bags are so simple to make, but provide so much entertainment and learning through play!  When you tape them to a surface like a counter or a table, they can keep babies to adults busy and having fun without the need for screens.  Here I added a Halloween twist to practice colors and fine motor skills!

Scavenger hunts are so appealing to young kids because it creates a game.  Anything is more fun if you make a game out of it!  Here are two different ideas - one for when you are home in your neighborhood and another for when you are in nature camping, hiking, or even just going to a park!  

Notepads make a great personalized gift and are very inexpensive to make.  Think of the teachers or co-workers in your life! This is my go to Christmas gift or Teacher Appreciation gift.  Attach some nice pens or a gift card, and it's thoughtful and usable!
